[Bug 110702] Konqueror new window missing toolbars and menus

Running Kubuntu Feisty.
With Konqueror open as a file manager, pressing Ctrl + N opens a new file manager window. Unfortunately the new window is missing the Location Toolbar, the Location menu and the Bookmarks menu. Also, the menu items that are visible are not in the correct order. This is repeatable on my system. Screenshot attached.
