[Bug 130007] [Gutsy] Please package newest Krdc from svn

Binary package hint: krdc

Krdc has just committed a change which allows for a specific port when
using Krdc.  I think this is a huge step forward in enterprise use of
Krdc and Linux overall, and I would like to see it included in Gutsy.
