[Bug 130154] kprinter mishandles font encoding when doing page selection

This typically happens when printing documents from acrobat reader.

Try the following:

- open a document with acrobat reader
- select print
- select custom printer and make acroread handle the print job via kprinter
- print

Document prints fine

Now try

- open a document with acrobat reader
- select print
- select custom printer and make acroread handle the print job via kprinter
- in kprinter select page range (e.g. odd pages)
- print

In printout many letters become small squares.
