[Bug 130604] knetworkmanager vpn-setup is not opening

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

feisty's knetworkmanager is not able to open the vpn connetion setup
dialog (vpn-connection -> vpn setup), which is present when vpnc and the
corresponding networkmanager plugin is installed. Nothing is showing up.

It's possible to set up the vpnc connection with nm-applet and then use
it from knetworkmanager, but this might be a problem for unexperienced
users.
