[Bug 130253] Kubuntu Gutsy: Volume OSD is too small

In a freshly installed Kubuntu Gutsy, the Volume OSD (that appears when
one uses the volume hot keys) is way too small and can even go
unnoticed. In my opinion the size of the OSD in Feisty was right.
