[Bug 131767] konqueror cannot access internet with cache enable

I am doing my homework of testing the Kubuntu liveCD 7.10. And I found this problem:
  My internet connection is properly configured. I can ping google.com, I can use kopete to go IRC channel. But Konqueror is not able to go on internet I am getting this error message whatever the internet address is :

An error occurred while loading http://www.google.com
Could not connect to the host http://www.google.com
}}}

The workaround is to go in Settings>>configure Konqueror>>Cache and uncheck "Use cache".
It seems that for some reason the cache is not working on the liveCD at least may be this option could be turn off by default on Kubuntu.
