[Bug 134295] kopete history plugin doesnt work yet enabled by default

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kopete

Kopete history plugin is checked (enabled) by default, however, it
doesn't work. To enable it one must disable plugin and then enable it
again.

Tested on current Gutsy.
