[Bug 134888] kopete history plugin: contact context menu item

Binary package hint: kopete

Only contact list's context menu has "history" item. One could also be in:
- chat window's menu: Chat - <contact> - submenu
- somewhere more close, if the chat is always single-user: like adding a "Contact" menu to Chat window.
