[Bug 135035] kmail groupware IMAP directory language: only 4 available

I have Russian IMAP directory on MS Exchange 2003, but can't try to connect to it, because only En-Ger-Fr-Dutch languages are available, and I can't manually specify the folder names for Calendar, Tasks, Notes.
It could work like in Identity management - let user specify folders.
