[Bug 136330] kterm - unknown terminal type

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konsole

When running top in konsole I see :-

bash$ top
'kterm': unknown terminal type.

Also mailx reports "WARNING: terminal is not fully functional"

I see usr/share/terminfo/k/kterm is shipped in ncurses-term, I think
this package should be a dependency of the konsole package.
