[Bug 136425] qtconfig-qt4 in Accessories?

In my menu system (update Gutsy GNOME) qtconfig-qt4 aka "QT 4 Settings"
is shown in the wrong place in my menu.

/usr/share/applications/qt4config.desktop

Categories=Qt;Settings;Qt;Utility;DesktopSettings;

Currently it is shown in Applications -> Accessories. qt4config is a
configuration program and should be show in System -> Preferences

If I change qtconfig4.desktop to:

[Desktop Entry]
Categories=Qt;Settings;Qt;DesktopSettings;
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is still shown in System -> Preferences, but it is not in
Applications -> Accessories.
