[Bug 175211] Konqueror Multiple Empty Tabs From External Link

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I have 4 tabs open up in Konqueror when I first launch it. each tab
loads its own webpage just fine. if I am on another desktop, workspace,
viewport and launch an external link, Konqueror opens up with 3 blank
tabs and the last is the externally linked page which shows up fine.

if you open Konqueror with an X amount of tabs, launching Konqueror
directly you won't see a problem. If Konqueror launches open *because*
of clicking on an external link (e.g., IRC), Konqueror opens up with an
X amount of tabs and the last tab in focus would be the external link.
