Well, wonderful!

I installed gtk-chtheme, and I was able to set all
GTK themes (Including QT, but since I installed QtCurve, and I like it more)
Especially I like its settings (everything is customizable)

Only thing to mention, is that gtk-chtheme sometimes crashes.

Now we need to know

1) whenever the Raleigh is set by default when installing kubuntu.
2) why gnome-control-center doesn't work
3) why QTGTK doesn't change the theme.
