[Bug 83049] kcontrol moduls getting to wide to fit on screen

Binary package hint: kcontrol

On my 1024x768 Screen kcontrol moduls shows unnecessary horizontal
scrollbars after a few clicks.  These scrollbars are unescessary,
because everything fits on screen just a klick before. The Modul is
still useable, but you have to scroll a lot around to get the lower
Buttons visiable.

I was able to reproduce this in Dapper, Edgy and Feisty.

This behavior seems not be covered by the bugs #55165, #22846 or
#25796.
