[Bug 83611] FTP upload method is missing

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: quanta

While uploading website to the server from Quanta, I can choose from
about 10 connection methods - sftp, fish, webdav etc. FTP support is
missing.

Help says: the number of protocols depends on installed kio slaves, but
at the very least I should get FTP. Well, I don't. Kio slave works - I
can use FTP in Konqueror.

Quanta version: 3.5.6-0ubuntu1~edgy1

Quanta installed with all required, recommended and suggested packages
(except unavailable - gubed and some docs)
