Sorry, I meant the "System Menu". It's shipped by default right next to the kmenu on the panel. There is also a "konqueror profiles" applet that you can add to the panel which sounds like what you are looking for. -- konqueror doesn't remember last used view profile https://launchpad.net/bugs/83276
