[Bug 84904] [Feisty] Restore Defaults in Manage Repositories does not restore defaults, only "undoes" changes

Using Feisty w/ the latest updates as of this morning.  When I change software channels/repositories and choose restore defaults it only restores changes that I have made during the current session.
This should restore the system defaults and not undo the last changes I've made
