[Bug 84962] kpdf does not print correctly that adobe pdf can

This is nearly the same bug as https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdegraphics/+bug/71154 that got incorrectly marked as a duplicate of 
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdegraphics/+bug/73635.
But if you look at the pdfs mentioned in the different bugreports, you will see a completely different behavior of kpdf.

here is another pdf that does not work, its rendered somewhat different when trying to get printed:

try to look at it in the print preview.

this is NOT a upstream bug, so the kubuntu team introduced the bug.
please fix it.
