[Bug 85818] Konqueror does not access internet on fresh herd3 installation

Binary package hint: konqueror

Konqueror seems to be isolated from the internet connection, post herd3
fresh installation --unlike Firefox, which loads pages w/o problems.
Any and all URLs placed in the address bar bring forth the error...
