[Bug 75127] The module Disk and Filesystems could not be loaded error msg

Public bug reported:

Fails in both Dapper Dan and Edgy Eft. I tried both CD based distros of
each. Failure is repeatable. System worked under W2000AS with no
problems. Logging in as Administrator does not help. Kformat says
internal error. Konqueror says there is a floppy and floppy0 but does
not read them or see the files.
