[Bug 47416] Kubuntu Homepage links wrong

Binary package hint: firefox

In Kubuntu, the standard Firefox homepage is
/usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-en_GB.html

This contains a relative link to 
./wonderful-linux.html
which doesn't exist (it *should* be):
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/wonderful-linux.html

The home page is ultimately a symlink to:
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/index.html
so either:
1) Remove the symlink and set the home page to the correctly working version or:
2) Symlink the rest of the directory too.
