[Bug 45837] Re: "Focus Follows Mouse" doesn't set focus to Desktop

I think I just found another "buglet", I'll see if it's reported yet and if not, report it. However, after a new login with the "automatically select icons" already set, this happens:
- Parts 2 and 3 of the above are reproducible. (You have to click on the desktop to take focus away from a window if a window has it.)

Here's the new buglet, which has to do with focus after clicking away a context menu, and the side-effect it creates for this bug:
- Right-click on desktop.
- Move mouse on a window. Right-click or left-click, which should remove the context menu.
- Left-click on the window to set focus on the window.
- Moving the mouse on the desktop and on the icons reproduces behaviour from _part 1_ above. (The icons are highlighted but _not shown as selected_.)
