[Bug 86937] konsole: fails to redraw after skim-anthy completion window covers it

Binary package hint: konsole

When using skim with scim-anthy to input japanese text in Konsole, after
closing the kanji completion window the portion of konsole covered by
the completion window remains the background color, instead of redrawing
to display whatever text is underneath.
