[Bug 87196] libkcal2b's shlibs info should be updated

Hello,

when I start korganizer, I got following information[1] and exit. after
I upgrade libkcal2b from 4:3.5.5-0ubuntu5 to 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu4,
korganizer rework.

I thought this is because libkcal2b ship a wrong shlibs file[2], and you
should update this file. Thanks
