[Bug 87978] Double Scrollbars in Konqueror

I am running Fiesty, and on certain websites such as
http://kmandla.wordpress.com/ ...konqueror displays 2 scrollbars side by
side. The one on the left scrolls properly, but the one on the right is
useless.

(I am running on the old 2.6.17-10 kernel, since the new one doesn't
boot for me... probably an unrelated problem, but I don't know.)
