[Bug 88057] Kubuntu Feisty Herd4; kde-systemsettings; Windows applications does not install wine

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

When clicking Windows Applications, Wine should be installed if not
installed. System asks for password and then stops with this error
message:

Command 'software-properties --enable-component=universe && adept_batch
install wine' not found.


Command works little further from Konsole:
sudo software-properties-kde --enable-component=universe && adept_batch install wine
