[Bug 88431] 'Monitor & Display' module in System Settings is not working.

Public bug reported:

On my Kubuntu Feisty (Latest) installation with nvidia-glx, the 'Monitor
& Display' module in System Settings stopped working after I installed
the nvidia-glx driver.

It says:

The module Monitor & Display could not be loaded.

Possible reasons:

- An error occurred during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned
control module.

- You have old third party modules lying around.
