[Bug 80630] fifty 'settings' menu items in 'lost and found'

I installed Kubuntu Feisty Herd2 alternative and also Kubuntu Feisty
daily 16.01.07 and in both cases I have 50 'Settings' menu entries in
'Lost and Found'.

There are also two actual 'Settings' entries on the top level menu.
One with no icon which contains a sub level of Peripherals and then just an 'OBEX Devices' item.
And one with an icon which contains 'HPLIP toolbox' and 'secpolicy' items.
I see the two settings bug was reported in 75898, sorry if I should have added this there. I am new to this.
