[Bug 124748] Include htdig and lynx in kubuntu-desktop

Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop

In a somewhat nonobvious fashion, KHelpCenter and KDevelop (and possibly
more) both require htdig in order to be able to search through [HTML]
documentation.  In fact, this is so nonobvious, I didn't realise I
needed htdig for KHelpCenter until today (long time Linux and Ubuntu
user).  In a related note, I will also need to file a bug regarding
KHelpCenter's use of htdig due to a different location for cgi-bin.

Also, several included Amarok scripts (mainly some lyrics ones) require
lynx installed to function.  Might be a good idea to include it (also so
that users have a text web browser available if they don't have access
to the GUI for some reason).
