[Bug 125767] KNetworkManager Can't Set "Roaming Mode"

Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

KNetworkManager can't set the "Roaming Mode" flag for a network
connection. After NM somehow went into "manual mode", I couldn't fix it
without GNOME (not just nm-applet, I needed to log into GNOME, then go
to Settings > Network > Properties > "Enable Roaming Mode").
