[Bug 126198] Konqueror Installed on Ubuntu still has Kubuntu on User Agent Header

Public bug reported:

I'm afraid I'm using the wrong package name here, but I didn't know what
else to do.  I think the reasonable assertion could be made that
Konqueror on Ubuntu should have a user agent header that indicates it's
running on Ubuntu rather than Kubuntu.  Presumably this is not the case
for the time being because of shortcuts and low priorities, but I think
it should at least be on a wishlist, even if it has implications for
lots of labor.
