[Bug 126829] Redraw problems in Qt 4.3.0

Public bug reported:

Just update qt4 to 4.3.0 from backports.
However in this release I notice a lot of redraw/refreshing problems, to reproduce open the Assistant, scroll down any page (all ok) and then scroll up with the up key or the mousewheel: everything is messed up and unreadable.
The same happens when you create a child window inside an app (eg a new dialog inside Designer with MDI interface).
All was perfect in 4.2.
