Hi,

Well, if i remember, the problem was that when kde started, the icons
were first aligned as if there were no panel.  Usually, when the panel
did appear, the icons were moved so the panel did not cover them. But
sometimes they were not moved and stayed below the panel.

The problem also appeared when arranging icons automatically.  The icons
were arranged as if then panels were not there.  Panels partially
covered the icons.

I can't remember when the problem last appeared. But I'll make some
tests.
