Upgrading to Gutsy from Feisty with KDE 3.5.7 from kubuntu.org:

Unpacking guidance-backends (from .../guidance-backends_0.8.0-1ubuntu9_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/guidance-backends_0.8.0-1ubuntu9_i386.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite `/usr/share/apps/guidance/vesamodes', which is also in package kde-guidance
dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)

Note: Was using apt to upgrade due to update-manger problems.
