Yes, this is reproducible. When KDE starts, the password dialog of
kwallet pops up. If I now plug in e.g. a USB memory stick, another
window opens asking what whether to open it in konqueror or not, but
this window doesn't react to mouse clicks as long as the password dialog
window is open.
