Binary package hint: kde-guidance

Dell Optiplex GX260 with Kubuntu 7.04 desktop installed.  This device
has three network interfaces, (two bridged with no IP), and is being
prepped to use the netem tools for network performance testing.  On a
clean boot, on attaching using VNC to the server this error message
displays.
