[Bug 119243] adept manager & license agreement issue

Binary package hint: adept-manager

When trying to install a package that involves license agreement (say java-jre) the "next" button in the license agreement dialog 
should be made active only when the conditions are accepted. Since the checkbox for accepting isn't visible at first, one may be
tempted in just clicking the "next" button as a form of implicit agreement (I did). Clicking "next" without agreeing leads to
locking the apt database and needs some non-intuitive command line work to solve.
