[Bug 105846] Re: newest kmail release fails to store password in configuration file

I purged kwalletmanager and rebooted, but the bug does not return. I am
still using kmail 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu6. Maybe the temporary switch to
kwalletmanager somehow repaired kmail's password store.
