I downloaded the Kubuntu 7.04 LiveCD to test it for the english
localization and to have a clean unconfigured system.

And the Bug is still there, you can say it works "out-of-the-box"

Maybe you are yousing KDE 3.5.7 with the packages from jonathan riddle?
I´m still using 3.5.6

To proof the bug is already there, I made some screenshots.
