[Bug 119681] Image in Kaffeine freezes while watching satelite tv in Gutsy Gibbon

Public bug reported:

Kubuntu Gutsy Gibbon, newly installed. 
Amd athlon 2400+, 512ram, 250gb samsung winchester, ati 9600pro 256ram, fglrx driver, nothing else installed.
Kaffeine, xine-ui. 
The problem is that screen is shaking and sound sometimes goes off or chokes while watching satellite tv.
