[Bug 79321] Re: early "manage repositories" will exit adept

I can't reproduce this on a currently up to date feisty. The menu
structure of adept has actually been reorganised since this was
reported. Manage repositories is now under Adept. However I still
couldn't replicate the behaviour originally reported. Unless anyone can
reproduce this pretty soon I think this bug should be closed.
