[Bug 119919] Information-Window that "Windows-Applications" isn't installed, isn't translated to german

Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

Go to the place systemsettings -> Administration (in german
Systemverwaltung) -> Windows-Applications

When you haven't installed wine on your system a window appears with the
following content:

It appears that you do not have wine installed. wine can be used to 
run some programs designed for Windows. Would you like to install 
it?

You will need administrative priviliges, and the unsupported
 (universe) repository will be enabled.

But I use the german localization so it should be something like:

Es scheint, dass Sie wine nicht installiert haben. Wine kann benutzt 
werden um einige Windows-Programme zu starten. Wollen sie 
wine installieren?

Sie brauchen Administrationsrechte, und das nicht unterstützte
(universe) Repository wird freigeschaltet.
