[Bug 119989] changing user password problem

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde-guidance

Open users and groups in KDE control center and try to change the
password of one user. When you type in the new password and press enter,
the dialog will disappear but the password is NOT changed. To set the a
new user password one has to confirm the change by click on [OK]-Button
in the dialog.
