As member of the upstream team I can tell you, that we had reasons to do
the one star = awful thing. Most important is: also single users might
not delete bad files as they might want to have complete albums for
statistics etc. Also user's preference for certain music might change
after some time, so it happens to be that one just starts loving a song
which was actually rated awful.

Therefore rejecting this bug. Please don't file such bugs for Kubuntu as
they are 100% upstream (use bugs.kde.org for such purpose).
