[Bug 120250] Make dowload list available in Adept

Binary package hint: adept

I (and alot of dial-up users I'm sure) would like the ability to make a wget script of all packages they wish to install.
This script can then be emailed to a person who has higher bandwidth to get the packages.

This would also be useful for a machine which does not have an internet
connection, in which case the download script and the resulting packages
can be transported on USB stick..

The Ubuntu package manager, Synaptic, has this functionality.
