[Bug 121160] Panel too small in dualhead setup

Binary package hint: kwin

I have a dualhead desktop, two screens, side by side. The left one runs at 1280x1024, all looks OK
The right one runs at 1680x1050, and on that KDE desktop, the KDE panel is way too small (see attached screenshot).
This did not happen with feisty.
