[Bug 99369] Re: Untranslateable strings in systemsettings

Since this issue persists in Gutsy, I contacted Ben Meyer - who is the
maintainer of kde-systemsettings in the "About" dialog - but he told me
that he doesn't maintain kde-systemsettings anymore. Do we know if there
is someone else working on kde-systemsettings? Could we fix this issue
ourself?

It should not be difficult to fix it and would make the app look much
more professional.
