[Bug 116085] Re: Konqueror should copy cached version of duplicated tabs, not reload them

I'm not knowledgeable enough about konqueror internals, but I have a
feeling that the current way is the RIght Way. Setting as a wishlist
until anyone can confirm that using the cached copy is definitely a Bad
Thing.
