Ok, finally feisty is still working on my PC, so I've make some
screenshot. The graphic problem with ksplash is still present. I've used
ksnapshot to grab some examples.

The "animated icons" have all the black background. I've grabbed all two
monitors, the shadow you'll see in the middle is caused by beryl, but
without beryl the problem is exactly the same.

It seems a mooding engine problem not a ksplash one...
