[Bug 89885] [feisty] konqueror fails to connect to web when knetworkmager is running (in offline mode)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: knetworkmanager

As written in the summary, when I try to browse the web with konqueror, and knetworkmanager (that I have set to be in offline mode by default) is running in offline mode, I always get an error saying "could not connect"; other protocols (for example ftp) work fine instead. 
If I completely quit knetworkmanager, than http works fine again too
